During the Family Night dinner service, she was on the garnish station when she cooked perfectly prepared garnishes. While the red team won the challenge with 90% approval, they had to nominate two other people.
Nona, the second nominee for elimination, was nominated by the red team, while Sabrina was nominated by the blue team. Nona was forced to transfer Trev back to the blue team as Boris was eliminated, and she said goodbye to him after his elimination. She scored three points during the Blind Taste Test to receive the top performance award. Ramsay and the red team won the challenge, and Ramsay took them to a local boutique, where they purchased $2000 worth of clothes. In the Relay Challenge, Nona was the third competitor, but she didn’t get a lot of attention. After losing the challenge by two 2-1, the red team was forced to participate in Delivery Day and clean both kitchens. Nona voted for Trev, and neither team received a single vote.
She recreated Ramsay’s dish during the Taste It Now Make It Challenge by adding veal, yams, celery root, cabbage, pancetta, and chicken stock. It was Gail who lost the challenge as she was 2% behind her. After he was caught grilling his beef in front of Nona, he considered leaving. Nona served as an garnish during dinner service. As the second person to use the pass, she was aware that it was a matter of making or breaking it for her. Despite her initial stage fright, she was enthusiastic about her first ticket. After Trev’s elimination, Ramsay asked the remaining chefs why they were worthy of a spot in the finals.
Gail, Mele, and Boris were chosen as Nona’s chefs. As they prepared to board their first flight, she rejected Trev’s beet salad because she thought it was too overdressed; she wanted to motivate her team before service.
